For groups of 100+ the per-person cost is lower due to better hotel rate negotiation. Premium retreats (higher hotel standard, multiple programme elements, evening gala) typically run 1,200–2,000 PLN net per person. When is the best time to organise a company retreat in Poland?

A 3-day offsite works when the goal is a deeper shift in team dynamics, onboarding new hires, or combining integration with strategic training. The extra day allows a slower pace, a longer evening and a morning activity before departure. We deliver both formats across Poland — programme adapted to the number of days and group character.

    The Masurian Lakes are a perennial favourite — lakeside setting, space and hotels with sports infrastructure make them the natural home for active outdoor programmes.
