Step by step:
1. Introduction and briefing Participants are divided into 5-person teams and seated at tables with tablets. The host explains the rules and runs a practice round — so everyone knows how to use the tablet and how the live scoring system works.
2. Round 1 — Warm-up General knowledge, observation and awareness. Lower difficulty questions — teams build an early lead or chase the front. The host sets the energy and tone for the evening.
3. Round 2 — Expanded scope Difficulty increases and the topic range broadens to include pop culture — music, film, quotes. Sound challenges appear (recognise a song fragment) alongside tasks requiring fast team collaboration. The lead is still up for grabs.
4. Round 3 — The finale Pure entertainment mixed with tasks requiring focus and logical thinking. Participants move to iconic musical hits. Optional: a company quiz with questions personalised to the specific team or organisation.
5. Game changers — the unpredictability factor Throughout the game: Jokers, a Wheel of Fortune and mystery envelopes from the host. These can completely reverse the scoreboard — the leading team can drop to last place, and the last-place team can surge to the front. They ensure the result is genuinely uncertain until the final second.
6. Scores and awards The winning team receives certificates and the title of The Best Team Ever. The host closes the show.
Over 100 questions, tasks and puzzles in 10+ formats:
- Multiple choice (A/B/C/D) — general knowledge, business, trivia
- Open questions — type a word, number or name
- Visual questions — choose the correct photo, logo or location
- Drag & Drop — arrange in the correct order
- Sound challenges — identify a song fragment, voice or quote
- Personalisation — questions about the team, company or specific people (up to 10 custom questions)
WHY IT WORKS
-
100% engagement for the entire duration This is not passive entertainment. Every participant, at every moment, is an active player — answering questions, debating with their team, making decisions under time pressure. Tablets eliminate passive observers. With 200 people in the room, everyone plays simultaneously.
-
Healthy competition that builds the team Teams must discuss, agree on answers quickly and collaborate under pressure. The game changers (Joker, Wheel of Fortune, mystery envelopes) mean the result is genuinely uncertain until the last second — keeping emotions high even when one team is leading.
-
A universal format for any group The broad topic range — from general knowledge to pop culture to logic puzzles — means the game works for mixed-age groups, different industries and varied backgrounds. Works in an office, hotel or restaurant, at any time of year.
WHEN TO BOOK IT
Game show as an evening programme for a company retreat — requires no large open space or outdoor terrain. Works perfectly as the evening segment of a retreat — keeps everyone engaged at their tables throughout.
Corporate game show for a company Christmas party — one of the most popular formats for holiday corporate events. Healthy competition and humour create an atmosphere everyone talks about until the following year.
Game show as the closing activity of a conference — an energising finale after a content-heavy day. Instead of a standard dinner — a show that engages and releases the tension built up during presentations. Works well within conference and meeting management.
Corporate game show team building for large groups — the format scales to 200 people without losing quality. One of the few team building formats that engages everyone simultaneously, not in rotation.
