Art & Wine – Corporate Painting Workshops with Wine Tasting

Art & Wine (also known as Paint & Sip) is a corporate painting workshop for companies that combines creating artwork with wine tasting — an elegant, relaxing format requiring no artistic skills whatsoever, ending with something tangible: every participant leaves with a hand-painted canvas of their own. Experienced art instructors guide participants step by step — from the first sketch to the final brushstroke. Choose between everyone painting the same motif (e.g. a loose interpretation of the company logo) or giving each person full creative freedom. Relaxing music in the background, a glass of wine in hand — and the conference room becomes an elegant artist's studio. Fabryka Atrakcji organises Art & Wine across Poland — we bring easels, paints, canvases and full room protection to the client's chosen hotel, office or restaurant. For groups of 5 to 200 people.

Step by step:

1. Room setup We bring everything and install it in the client's space — easels, canvases, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, water containers and elegant painting aprons. Tables and floors are protected with sheets and mats.

2. Introduction by the artist-instructor The instructor welcomes participants, presents the motif or workshop plan and demonstrates basic acrylic techniques. Zero pressure — the process matters, not the result.

3. Painting Participants create their artworks to relaxing music with a glass of wine in hand. Two variants:

  • Individual canvases — everyone paints their own piece to take home or to the office
  • Large format — groups paint sections of a shared image that combines into a single artwork

4. Wine tasting (optional) Painting can be combined with a sommelier presentation. A premium format ideal for management teams and key business partners.

5. Reveal and finale Participants present their artworks, group photo with the canvases — and everyone leaves with a hand-crafted souvenir.

What's included:

  • Professional beech-wood easels and high-quality painting canvases
  • Wide palette of safe acrylic paints, brushes, palettes and water containers
  • Elegant painting aprons for every participant
  • Protective sheets and mats for tables and floors
  • Artist-instructor present throughout the workshop
  • Transport and full equipment setup

WHY IT WORKS

1. Zero barrier to entry — everyone can paint Art & Wine is deliberately designed to remove the "I can't draw" barrier. Instructors demonstrate simple techniques that allow anyone — even someone who hasn't held a brush since primary school — to create an aesthetically pleasing painting. The process is what counts, not the outcome.

2. A tangible result — everyone leaves with their own artwork Unlike most team building formats, Art & Wine leaves a physical memento. A hand-painted canvas on a desk or wall at home is a lasting reminder of a pleasant evening. No other integration format achieves this.

3. Stress reduction and employee wellbeing Manual artistic activities are one of the most effective tools for lowering cortisol levels. Focusing on mixing colours and brushstrokes shifts attention away from screens and deadlines to the present moment. A natural fit for corporate wellbeing strategies.

FAQ

Do participants need any artistic skills?

No — and that's the whole point of the format. Instructors guide participants step by step from the first sketch to the finished painting. Everyone — even someone with zero artistic experience — leaves with an aesthetically pleasing artwork.

How long do Art & Wine workshops last?

The standard duration is 2 hours. On request we can extend to 3 hours for the sommelier variant or a longer tasting session.

What happens to the finished paintings?

Every participant takes their canvas home or to the office. In the large format variant, the shared artwork goes to the company as a permanent installation with a story behind it.

Can you organise the workshops at our company premises?

Yes — we operate as a mobile art studio. We bring all equipment to the client's chosen location — hotel, office or restaurant. We need a room with adequate table space and good lighting.

Do you provide wine during the workshops?

Yes — optionally. We arrange wine service according to the client's preferences or combine the workshops with a professional sommelier tasting. A non-alcoholic variant is also available.

How much do Art & Wine workshops cost?

The base price is 6,000 PLN net for 30 people, with each additional person at 160 PLN net. Costs may vary depending on location and scope. Write to us — we'll come back with a quote within 24 hours.

Can Art & Wine be combined with a company retreat?

Yes — the format works perfectly as an afternoon programme before the evening banquet. Fabryka Atrakcji organises the full retreat — hotel, transport, programme and Art & Wine — all on one invoice.

  • Paint and Sip corporate events in Poland

Paint and Sip — known in Poland as Art & Wine — is one of the fastest-growing corporate event formats globally. The concept is simple: participants paint a canvas while enjoying wine, guided by a professional artist-instructor. What makes it work as a corporate activity is the combination of creative focus and social relaxation. Unlike competitive team building formats, Paint and Sip creates a naturally collaborative atmosphere where conversation flows freely and hierarchies dissolve at the easel.

  • Art workshop as corporate team building — why it works

Traditional team building often feels forced. Art & Wine works differently — it engages participants through a shared creative challenge rather than a manufactured exercise. When a CEO and a junior analyst are both staring at a blank canvas wondering how to mix the right shade of blue, the usual office dynamics disappear. The shared vulnerability of creating something for the first time together is one of the most effective bonding mechanisms in corporate event design.

  • Mobile art studio — we come to your venue anywhere in Poland

One of the practical advantages of Art & Wine is its complete mobility. Fabryka Atrakcji operates as a mobile art studio — we transport and install professional easels, canvases, acrylic paints, brushes and full floor and table protection to any venue in Poland. A hotel ballroom in Warsaw, a conference room in Kraków, a rooftop terrace in Gdańsk — if there are tables and good lighting, we can turn the space into a professional painting studio within an hour.

  • No artistic skills required — the most common concern answered

The single most common reason people hesitate before an art workshop is the belief that they "can't draw." Art & Wine is specifically designed to make this irrelevant. Our instructors use simple acrylic techniques that produce genuinely attractive results even for complete beginners. The format is not about producing a masterpiece — it's about the experience of creating. In practice, participants are almost always surprised by what they achieve, which in itself becomes a confidence-building moment.

  • Art & Wine with sommelier — the premium corporate format

For companies looking to elevate the experience further, Art & Wine can be combined with a professional sommelier presentation. While participants paint, a wine expert introduces the wines being served — grape varieties, regions, production methods and tasting notes. The result is an event that simultaneously delivers a creative experience and genuine wine education. This format is particularly well suited to incentive travel programmes, rewards for top performers and hospitality events for key business partners.

  • Employee wellbeing and stress reduction through art

Workplace wellbeing has moved from a nice-to-have to a strategic priority for HR teams across Europe. Manual creative activities — painting in particular — are clinically recognised as effective tools for reducing cortisol levels and inducing a state of mindful focus. When employees concentrate on mixing colours and applying paint to canvas, their attention naturally shifts away from work pressures and digital screens. Art & Wine sits at the intersection of team integration and wellbeing programming — making it one of the few corporate event formats that delivers measurable psychological benefit alongside the social experience.
