Step by step:
1. Room setup We bring everything and install it in the client's space — easels, canvases, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, water containers and elegant painting aprons. Tables and floors are protected with sheets and mats.
2. Introduction by the artist-instructor The instructor welcomes participants, presents the motif or workshop plan and demonstrates basic acrylic techniques. Zero pressure — the process matters, not the result.
3. Painting Participants create their artworks to relaxing music with a glass of wine in hand. Two variants:
- Individual canvases — everyone paints their own piece to take home or to the office
- Large format — groups paint sections of a shared image that combines into a single artwork
4. Wine tasting (optional) Painting can be combined with a sommelier presentation. A premium format ideal for management teams and key business partners.
5. Reveal and finale Participants present their artworks, group photo with the canvases — and everyone leaves with a hand-crafted souvenir.

WHY IT WORKS
1. Zero barrier to entry — everyone can paint Art & Wine is deliberately designed to remove the "I can't draw" barrier. Instructors demonstrate simple techniques that allow anyone — even someone who hasn't held a brush since primary school — to create an aesthetically pleasing painting. The process is what counts, not the outcome.
2. A tangible result — everyone leaves with their own artwork Unlike most team building formats, Art & Wine leaves a physical memento. A hand-painted canvas on a desk or wall at home is a lasting reminder of a pleasant evening. No other integration format achieves this.
3. Stress reduction and employee wellbeing Manual artistic activities are one of the most effective tools for lowering cortisol levels. Focusing on mixing colours and brushstrokes shifts attention away from screens and deadlines to the present moment. A natural fit for corporate wellbeing strategies.
