How to Organize a Memorable Company Christmas Party in Warsaw

A company came to Fabryka Atrakcji wanting this year's Christmas party to be more than a standard dinner in a restaurant. The goal: a festive event that people would genuinely remember — a reward for the whole team after a year of work.

The challenges:

We combined two things that are impressive on their own and together create a genuine "wow" effect: a cooking workshop with a head chef and a venue on one of the highest floors in Warsaw, with a panoramic view of the city through the windows.

We handled the entire organization: venue, menu, facilitation, setup and logistics. The client had a single point of contact and a single invoice — we took care of everything else.For an event at such an unusual height (deliveries, equipment, catering to an upper floor), it’s precisely this turnkey coordination through a single coordinator that determines whether the evening runs smoothly.

How it worked in practice:
