Cocktail Making Workshop for Companies

A cocktail making workshop is a team building activity where participants learn mixology techniques, compete in the Master Barman challenge and craft their own cocktails — all guided by a professional bartending instructor. Every participant works at their own bartending station, goes through three rounds of technique and cocktail training, and the event ends with a spectacular flair bartending show. It's a format that combines healthy team competition with real, practical knowledge — each participant takes home an e-book with recipes as a reminder of the shared experience. The workshop is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (mocktail) formats, making it a fully inclusive activity for any group.

HOW IT WORKS / WORKSHOP FLOW

Step by step:

Welcome Drink — every participant receives a welcome cocktail to kick off the event.

Drink 1 — Juggling techniques — participants learn the basics of working with a shaker and bar spoon. Teams complete the first round of cocktail preparation.

Drink 2 — Free Pouring — precision pouring without a jigger (the perfect 40ml). A concrete skill participants can practice at home.

Drink 3 — Master Barman Competition — teams create their own original cocktail using all the techniques learned. The team captain presents the drink to the jury.

Scoring and judging — each cocktail is assessed on taste, appearance and aroma. Points determine the final standings.

Winners announced and prizes awarded — the team with the highest score receives special prizes.

Flair Bartending Show — a spectacular closing performance. The professional bartender demonstrates what real craft behind the bar looks like.

WHY IT WORKS

1. Knowledge they actually take home After the workshop, every participant can independently prepare 3 cocktails — even at home. The e-book with recipes serves as both a learning resource and a lasting reminder of a great team event.

2. Healthy competition that brings teams together Teams of 2 to 8 people earn points for well-crafted cocktails and wins in individual rounds. Working together at the bartending station naturally surfaces each person's strengths — without forced icebreakers or flipchart exercises.

3. A flexible format for any group Alcoholic or mocktail — choose without any surcharge. Three drink menu tiers (classic, mid-range, premium), with the option to customise cocktail names to match your company or event theme. Works equally well as a standalone evening activity or as part of a company retreat package.

WHEN TO BOOK IT

Company retreat or offsite — cocktail workshops are one of the most popular evening activities during a company retreat in Poland. They combine relaxation after a day of activities with something genuinely memorable.

Team building for sales or creative teams — the Master Barman competition rewards both technique and presentation, making it a natural fit for results-driven teams. Works well within broader team building programmes.

Themed corporate event or evening gala — cocktail workshops pair naturally with Casino Royale, Gatsby-style or elegant evening formats. A great addition to any themed event.

Christmas party or milestone celebration — the mocktail option ensures full participation for everyone. Works as a standalone activity or within a company Christmas party programme.

FAQ

How many people can participate in the cocktail making workshop?

The workshop scales from small groups (around 10 people) to large corporate events with several hundred participants. Teams consist of 2 to 8 people — for larger groups, we run multiple bartending stations simultaneously.

How much does a corporate cocktail workshop cost?

Pricing depends on group size, the drink menu tier selected (classic, mid-range or premium) and location. We provide individual quotes after a short brief — fill in the contact form or write to us and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

Is a non-alcoholic version available?

Yes — we offer a full mocktail variant with identical techniques and competition structure, just without alcohol. It's the right choice for mixed groups or companies with a no-alcohol event policy.

Can the workshop be combined with a company retreat?

Absolutely — and it's one of our most popular formats. Cocktail workshops work perfectly as an evening activity during a company retreat. We handle everything: venue, transport, daytime programme and the workshop itself — all on one invoice.

Do you need a special venue for the workshop?

No — the workshop is fully mobile. We bring complete bartending stations to any location: a hotel, event space, office with a large room or outdoor setting. The only requirement is access to electricity and a flat surface.

How does the drink menu work and can it be customised?

The drink menu is available in three tiers: classic (Whisky Sour, Americano, Cuba Libre), mid-range (Mojito, Vodka Sour, Old Fashioned) and premium (Pornstar Martini, Negroni, Sex On The Beach). On request, we can include favourite cocktails from outside the list or give them custom names tied to your company or event theme.

Who leads the workshop?

The workshop is led by an experienced bartender-instructor who guides participants through every technique, judges the Master Barman competition and closes the event with a flair bartending show.
