A cocktail making workshop is a team building activity where participants learn mixology techniques, compete in the Master Barman challenge and craft their own cocktails — all guided by a professional bartending instructor. Every participant works at their own bartending station, goes through three rounds of technique and cocktail training, and the event ends with a spectacular flair bartending show. It's a format that combines healthy team competition with real, practical knowledge — each participant takes home an e-book with recipes as a reminder of the shared experience. The workshop is available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (mocktail) formats, making it a fully inclusive activity for any group.

Forest. Terrain. A real challenge. Survival is the only form of team building where pretending isn't an option — everyone has to act, every decision has consequences, and the team either works together or doesn't work at all. Two scenarios available: wilderness survival training or a full military mission.

Mission: Life is a first aid training and rescue game for companies in which participants, guided by active paramedic instructors, work through realistic accident simulations — with professional actors, stage blood, AED defibrillators and medical equipment that looks and functions like the real thing. It is the only team building format that not only genuinely engages the team but delivers knowledge that could save someone's life tomorrow. Participants leave with hands-on skills in CPR, defibrillator operation and haemorrhage control — and with a personal certificate confirming their competencies. Fabryka Atrakcji organises Mission: Life end-to-end across Poland — venue, equipment, paramedic instructors and a dedicated coordinator on one invoice. Available in Polish and English, for groups of 8 to 300 people.

The "One of Ten" corporate quiz show is a company team building activity for firms inspired by one of Poland's most iconic television game shows — with professional illuminated buzzers, a charismatic live host and questions of increasing difficulty. Three chances, two to lose — and the tension every Polish viewer knows by heart. It is a format that engages both the players at the buzzers and the entire audience simultaneously — collective cheering, shouting out answers and commenting on the game make everyone feel part of the event. On request, we weave in questions about the company's history, products or industry — turning the quiz show into an engaging training tool. Fabryka Atrakcji organises corporate quiz shows across Poland — as a standalone evening activity or as part of a company retreat with hotel and full logistics. Other format variants are available for larger groups and different event styles.

Art & Wine (also known as Paint & Sip) is a corporate painting workshop for companies that combines creating artwork with wine tasting — an elegant, relaxing format requiring no artistic skills whatsoever, ending with something tangible: every participant leaves with a hand-painted canvas of their own. Experienced art instructors guide participants step by step — from the first sketch to the final brushstroke. Choose between everyone painting the same motif (e.g. a loose interpretation of the company logo) or giving each person full creative freedom. Relaxing music in the background, a glass of wine in hand — and the conference room becomes an elegant artist's studio. Fabryka Atrakcji organises Art & Wine across Poland — we bring easels, paints, canvases and full room protection to the client's chosen hotel, office or restaurant. For groups of 5 to 200 people.

Does your team handle events entirely in English?
Yes — English is our working language for all international projects. Your dedicated project manager communicates in English from the first brief through to the post-event report. All scenarios, facilitators and on-site coordinators operate in English. We also deliver programmes in Polish and English simultaneously for mixed groups.
Which cities in Poland do you operate in?
We operate across the entire country. Our primary hubs are Warsaw, Kraków and Gdańsk. We also regularly deliver events in Wrocław, Poznań, the Tri-City area, the Masurian Lakes region and the Tatra Mountains. If you have a specific location in mind, contact us — we know the market everywhere.
Do you help with hotel selection and booking for international groups?
Yes — hotel sourcing and booking is part of our standard DMC service. We work with all major international chains (Accor, Marriott, Hilton, IHG) as well as selected boutique and historic properties. We negotiate group rates, manage rooming lists and coordinate all hotel logistics on your behalf.
Are your activities adapted for multicultural groups?
Yes — all our scenarios are designed to work across cultures and nationalities. We avoid culturally specific references that would disadvantage non-Polish participants. Expedition Express, Rube Goldberg Machine, Challenge Box and culinary workshops work equally well for groups from Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Scandinavia or the US.
Do you provide airport transfers and local transport?
Yes — ground transport coordination is a core part of our DMC service. We arrange airport transfers, coach transport between cities and local transfers during the programme. All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned and operated by vetted, insured carriers.
What information do you need to prepare a DMC proposal?
Number of participants, arrival and departure dates, cities or regions of interest, budget range, type of programme (incentive, team building, conference or mixed) and any specific requirements. We come back with a tailored proposal within 24 hours.
How much do corporate events in Poland cost compared to Western Europe?
As a general benchmark, equivalent hotel accommodation, venue hire and event logistics in Poland cost 30–50% less than in Germany, the UK or the Netherlands. This price advantage — combined with Poland's growing infrastructure — is the primary reason international companies choose Poland as their MICE destination.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes — we regularly deliver events for groups of 200 to 500 participants. For very large incentive groups (500+) we work with a network of trusted partners. Contact us with your group size and we will confirm feasibility.
A Destination Management Company is more than a local subcontractor. It is your strategic partner with deep knowledge of Polish infrastructure, venues, logistics and cultural nuances. Incentive travel to Poland needs to deliver a real "WOW" effect. All our flagship scenarios — Expedition Express, The Best Team Ever, Forest of Crime, Saboteur and others — are delivered in English. Our facilitators and project managers are fluent English speakers. Every participant, regardless of nationality, is fully engaged from the first minute.
