- The accommodation facilities are divided into two buildings with different characteristics, which allows for interesting zoning of the group:
- Hotel Folwark Łękuk*: A modern building with 40 rooms and suites. The interiors are bright, inspired by nature, with views of the lake or the park. This is where the reception and the main restaurant are located.
- Old Granary: A historic 19th-century building converted into stylish rooms (including studios and apartments). The atmosphere of brick, wood, and history – ideal for management staff or groups looking for a “slow” vibe.

Conference space
- The business facilities consist of 3 modern conference rooms that can be combined to create space for larger groups:
- Szwałk Wielki Hall (187 m²): Created by combining the Szwałk Mały and Pilwąg halls. Accommodates up to 200 people in a theatre layout. Ideal for larger training sessions.
- Klepisko Hall (115 m²): A spacious hall with access to a terrace, accommodating about 80–120 people. Perfect for workshops.
- Foyer: A spacious lobby with a view of the lake, used for coffee breaks.

- Private Beach and Water: Lake Łękuk at your fingertips. The equipment rental (kayaks, pedal boats, boats, SUPs) makes it possible to organize regattas.
- Sports: 2 tennis courts, a multi-purpose pitch (football, volleyball, basketball), beach volleyball, and a fitness trail (3.5 km around the lake) for jogging.
- Łękuckie Baths (SPA): Wellness area with a steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi.
