Holiday meeting among the stars and culinary workshops

The client wanted to organize a holiday meeting in an exceptional, prestigious location that would emphasize the importance of the event and serve as a reward for the team. The goal was to create an elegant yet relaxed and engaging atmosphere that would facilitate natural integration.

We opted for combining a spectacular location with an interactive, sensory-engaging attraction.

• Exceptional Location and Scenography: Instead of a standard restaurant, we organized the entire event on the 32nd floor of one of Warsaw's skyscrapers. The nighttime panorama of the capital became a natural and most impressive part of the scenography, creating an unforgettable "among the stars" atmosphere.
• Main Attraction – Holiday Pastry Workshops: The heart of the evening were culinary workshops, whose main theme was preparing holiday sweets. We independently organized and equipped mobile pastry stations, delivering all necessary equipment and highest quality ingredients on site. Participants created their own small works of art under the guidance of professionals.
• Evening Atmosphere: After the workshops and joint tasting of prepared desserts, guests partied late into the night at a party led by a professional DJ, enjoying the music and breathtaking views of the city.
