Case Study: Dedicated Integration Scenario for Pharmaceutical Industry

Organizing a trip for a key 40-person team from an international pharmaceutical corporation required a special approach. The client sought a solution that would not only integrate the group, but also weave into the program the fundamental value of the company: "We Win Together" (We Win Together). This slogan became our inspiration to create a unique scenario in the picturesque surroundings of Łódź, by the Pilica River.

Deep Integration and Strengthening Organizational Culture

We faced three key challenges that required precise planning:

1. Deep Integration: Designing a program for a 40-person group in such a way that everyone feels engaged and has the chance to build direct relationships.
2. Strengthening Company Values: Creating a scenario where the slogan "We Win Together" is not just an empty slogan, but a real experience.
3. Engaging and Accessible Scenario: Developing a terrain game that is interesting and engaging, and at the same time accessible to all participants.

Strategy "Mission Pilica – We Win Together"

We created a dedicated, two-part program that fully utilized the recreational potential of the Pilica River area.

PHASE 1: DEDICATED TERRAIN GAME "SECRETS OF THE PILICA VALLEY"

We divided the participants into 4 smaller, 10-person teams that set out on a terrain game route.

• Why does it work? Our terrain game was a complex creative project. It required the team to divide into smaller groups, planning, coordination, and joint work on one spectacular "masterpiece". This is an excellent metaphor for project work that teaches communication and breaks down formal barriers in an engaging way, while at the same time releasing huge amounts of laughter and positive energy.

PHASE 2: INTEGRATION RAFTING ON THE PILICA RIVER

After the intellectual effort came the time for joint adventure and active relaxation on the water.

• Why does it work? Rafting was a natural extension of the cooperation idea. Participants, floating together, had the opportunity for casual conversations and sharing impressions in beautiful natural surroundings, which builds lasting memories.

It should be emphasized that our role was not limited only to the program part. As part of comprehensive service, we took care of all event logistics, including transport coordination, accommodation reservations, and ensuring full catering services, relieving the client of all organizational duties.

Thanks to strategic combination of gamification with adventure, we achieved all set goals:

This project proves that a dedicated scenario, even on a smaller team scale, is the most effective tool for building strong relationships and strengthening company culture.
