WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE SCENARIO SABOTEUR?
Saboteur is a team-based strategic-psychological game, created in collaboration with psychologists. It's a scenario that ingeniously combines effective team building with entertainment full of unexpected plot twists. At the beginning of the game, participants are divided into 2 or 3 large, competing teams. Each team is informed that among them is one person whose secret mission is to sabotage their own team.
The identity of the Saboteur remains a secret to everyone until the grand finale. It is this constant uncertainty and the game of appearances that require participants to elevate their observation and deduction skills to new heights. Teams carry out a series of engaging tasks, and the awareness of an "inside enemy" means they must pay even closer attention to decision-making processes, learn to argue effectively, and consciously build trust.
Why is it worth organizing this scenario?
-
A Practical Lesson on Trust and Communication: The game becomes a mirror for the team, showing how easily distrust can arise in conditions of uncertainty and how crucial open, transparent communication is to overcome suspicions and achieve a common goal.
-
Development of Analytical Skills: Participants learn careful observation, analysis of non-verbal behaviors, and critical thinking. They must constantly ask themselves: "Was it a mistake, or a deliberate action?". It's an excellent exercise in strategic thinking.
-
Extraordinary Emotions and Engaging Plot: The element of mystery, distrust, and sudden twists keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. It's a unique, shared experience that delivers a powerful dose of emotions.

Here is a sample integration schedule
- 1Welcome and briefing
Participants will learn the rules of the game and its unique theme, as well as draw their role in the team.
- 2The main part of the game
Teams perform a variety of logical, creative, and teamwork tasks. Completing them allows for collecting points, however, the actions of a saboteur can lead to failures and confusion. The role of the saboteur is to interfere – subtly, unnoticed, while maintaining appearances.
